NEED HELP?Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat is a 2-Day Homeschool Hybrid Program?
The 2-Day Homeschool Hybrid Program is a teaching environment, which blends many of the advantages of a traditional 5 day-a-week classroom setting with the benefits of homeschool education. What does Hybrid Mean? A homeschool program is considered a hybrid when the teaching responsibility is shared between parent and classroom teacher. The CCH teacher and parent work together educating the children to ensure academic excellence, social involvement and spiritual growth. Why should I consider hybrid homeschooling? The 2-Day homeschool hybrid blends the structure of a traditional school with the flexibility of homeschooling. The structure includes carefully selected curriculum, a set schedule 2 days a week, record keeping, and socialization. The flexibility allows teaching your child at their pace and learning style. In addition, more individualized attention is given to the child. There are many more advantages to shared homeschooling we would be happy to discuss. |
What is the CCH homeschool program?
CCH is a Christ-centered teaching program, which instills a love for learning through hands-on experiences and small class sizes. Students K through 8th grade attend core and enrichment classes led by CCH Teachers on Mondays and Wednesdays and are schooled at home by the parent on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
How much will I be homeschooling my child(ren) with this program?
The parent is the primary teacher, instructing their child 3 days a week at home, while the CCH teacher instructs the child at school 2 days. CCH provides a curriculum list as well as a suggested lesson plan. The CCH teacher is also available for teacher mentoring to the parent and can help guide you in the education process. Parents are responsible to teach new information according to the CCH teacher lesson plans each home day.
What does the CCH 2-Day hybrid program include?

How do I apply for the program?
2-Day students complete and submit the Pre-Enrollment Questionnaire. Because this is a unique program, we require an admissions consultation to ensure your understanding of the parent/teacher partnership in the education of your child. Please fill out and submit the online questionnaire. Upon receiving your questionnaire we will contact you for a tour and admissions consultation. For PSP students to apply, a consultation is not necessary, please apply online.
